In case of a payment error

If you have run into a problem buying a capsule, please delete your linked bank card and add it again. If the problem persists, use the pay-by-camera function.

To delete the card, follow these steps:

1. Tap the three-line icon in the top left corner.
2. Go to the payments page.
3. Tap Edit in the top right corner.
4. Tap the X next to the card you want to delete.
5. A window will appear — tap OK.
6. After deleting it, you can add the card again.
